Common questions
Who do you work with?
Private clients, families and companies, usually introduced to us directly. Our services are provided by arrangement and are not offered to the general public.
Can I use risk advisory and escrow on the same transaction?
Yes. Clients often ask us to review a transaction and then hold the funds or documents until it completes. We agree the scope of each service separately, so you know what each one covers.
Do you manage money for outside investors?
No. Arista Capital Holdings Limited invests solely on its own account and does not manage or invest money for clients. Funds we hold as escrow agent are held under the terms of each escrow agreement.
